Exchanges and Returns



​Did you buy it and it didn't suit you or when it arrived you didn't fall in love with the product?

It is now completely possible to exchange a product for any reason , for any reason, we will explain in detail what to do to have a successful exchange:

- Get in touch with us by email within 5 calendar days after receiving the order. This is the deadline for contacting us.

- Be aware that most of our products are unique and vintage, so it will never be possible to exchange for an identical piece of another size, for example.

- Exchange costs are all on the customer.

- The part you want to exchange must be sent within 5 working days to the address you receive by email. remembering that the shipping costs are on behalf of the buyer.

- The piece must be in the same conditions in which it was sent, along with the original label and packaging - and without any possibility of use.

- When we receive the piece, we will evaluate the conditions and if the exchange is authorized, you will receive a voucher with the value of the piece, which will be available to be used within 3 months. Remembering that this voucher is personal and non-transferable.

- In case of EXCHANGES we do not make refunds.



I want to return a product because it did not arrive in the condition described, how do I do it?

First, we always need to inform you that vintage and second-hand pieces may have some signs of use and time depending on their history, after all, they are pieces that are over 20 years old (some up to 60 years old!). But if it was some detail that went unnoticed by us and not informed on the site, it is your right to return it!

Follow the steps:

- Get in touch with us at within 5 calendar days, telling the details/facts and with images, after that, the deadline for posting the products at the post office is up to 5 days (we will refund the amount shortly after posting , if necessary, send the part to us)

- Upon receipt of the returned item, the full amount of the item will be refunded within 3 business days, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
